The detection of presence by the PIR sensor triggers the immediate transmission of a data frame.
If the sensor no longer detects movement, a 2-minute delay is applied to confirm the absence before sending the corresponding data frame.
The default sensitivity of the sensor is set to high sensitivity. If the detection appears too sensitive for your application, you can switch to medium or low sensitivity.
In Proprietary LoRa mode (with an Enless receiver)
You can adjust this parameter from the TX Config page, under the transmitter’s advanced options.
This change can be applied:
Automatically, as described in the article: [LoRa proprietary] Update config functionality
Or using the procedure described in the following article: [Proprietary mode] Why is there a red reloading icon next to my transmitter on the IP server of the receiver
In LoRaWAN mode
The sensitivity can be adjusted by sending a downlink, as explained in the article:
[LoRaWAN] LoRaWAN Data frames decoding and downlink generator
