If you have no messages in the F.C.T software dialog box when activating the transmitters, this is probably due to a driver problem. It's possible your receiver is not correctly recognised by your PC.
Reinstall the FTDI driver to ensure that the receiver is recognised by your PC.
The FTDI driver can be downloaded from here : https://ftdichip.com/drivers/d2xx-drivers/
Once the driver is installed, restart the installation procedure from the beginning.
Remember to validate the switch positions of your receiver during the various stages of the installation.
