If you get a Java JRE error message when starting the F.C.T software, check that the JAVA version installed on your PC is adapted to your operating system. An error message concerning JAVA when starting the F.C.T software means that your JAVA version is incorrect.
If this is the case, uninstall the version of JAVA that is on your PC and download the correct version of JAVA following the link below (32 or 64 bits):

If your system is running 64-bits, we recommend installing the Windows Offline (64-bit) version.
